Needed is a Principal Engineer - Building Structures for a key leadership role. Fronting the major national projects, you will have the tenacity to overcome challenges and deliver sound technical solutions and sensible asset management answers.  In this role you will lead the structures teams for technically demanding and/or major projects and grow the structural engineering capability.  You will also support the strategic growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships and the commercial management of projects and service delivery.

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers

  • Client interaction and relationship management

You will have:

  • Solid technical understanding in all areas of Building Structures

  • Natural leadership with experience in managing project teams and growing client relationships

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Buildings engineering, including seismic focus.

  • BEng Civil or equivalent with CPEng status
